ORDER CANCELLATION Policy
Immediately upon receipt of your order, our service process commences including preparation of document files, review of submitted documents, issuance of requests for information. Therefore, the following refund rates apply to order cancellations when ordered documents have not already been supplied:
Same Day Cancellation = 95% of total order refund
Cancellation within 48-hours of order = 65% of total order refund
Cancellation within 74-hours of order = 30% of total order refund
Cancellation within 96 hours of order = 10% of total order refund
Note that when either draft or final documents have been supplied, no refund is applicable.
RESUME EDITS Policy
Our professional resumes include ongoing future edits such as change of contact details, change of referee information, additional qualifications/training, additional job positions. This policy does not include partial or full rewrites of your resume for different positions or industry sectors than what the resume was originally tailored towards.
As we provide personalised, tailored digital services for our clients, payments are required to be cleared prior to commencement of orders. Once payment has been made, the order immediately comes into our system for processing.
