As we provide personalised, tailored digital services for our clients, payments are required to be cleared prior to commencement of orders. Once payment has been made, the order immediately comes into our system for processing.
We never accept credit/debit card details from you as all payments are processed by the global payment system, STRIPE.
Your personal information is important to us and all client information is protected at all times. We retain your documents and emails in your personalised Confidential folder which can be accessed for future use whenever required.
Order Cancellation Policy
Immediately upon receipt of your order, our service process commences including preparation of document files, review of submitted documents, issuance of requests for information. Therefore, the following refund rates apply to order cancellations when ordered documents have not already been supplied:
Same Day Cancellation = 95% of total order refund
Cancellation within 48-hours of order = 65% of total order refund
Cancellation within 74-hours of order = 30% of total order refund
Cancellation within 96 hours of order = 10% of total order refund
Note that when either draft or final documents have been supplied, no refund is applicable.
