Selection Criteria Responses:
Order the number of Selection Criteria responses associated with the application. For example, if the application requires responses to say 4 criterion, you should order the 4 x Selection Criteria, or, if your application requires six (6) criterion, you should order the 6 x Selection Criteria. NOTE: You must order the COMPLETE APPLICATION, not partial responses.
Selection Criteria Responses + Cover Letter:
If the Selection Criteria application also has provision for a separate Cover Letter, it is always to your advantage to include one as this provides an opportunity to further enhance your application. In these situations, order the Selection Criteria Responses + Cover Letter rather than the stand-alone Selection Criteria responses.
Online Responses (Targeted Questions):
Identify the number of responses required and word limitations associated with online responses and order accordingly.
Online Responses + Cover Letter:
If the online application form also has provision for a separate Cover Letter, it is always to your advantage to include one as this provides an opportunity to further enhance your application. In these situations, order the required online responses and then order a separate Cover Letter.
Selection Criteria applications requiring a limited or unlimited ‘Pitch’ or ‘Cover Letter’:
Some applications do not require addressing the Selection Criteria, instead, they specify a ‘Pitch’ or ‘Cover Letter’ response detailing why you are the right person for the job or similar. Usually page limitations are specified – if not, you should order either the 2-page or 3-page pitch.
Before you complete your order, consider your current resume: will it pass through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and does it effectively promote your value proposition to stand out from hundreds of applications?

What's included in our service
Select your service(s) from either of the forms above – you will be issued with a formal receipt and the order immediately comes into our system for processing – there is no need to advise us of the order – we will promptly contact you for any additional information we may require. Typical turnaround is between 2 – 4 days after we have received all required information from you.
Once we have received all requested information from you, we will prepare the draft documents and submit these to you for review and approval. If you require any revisions, the revised documents are sent to you for further review.
Once approved, we forward the final documents in Word and PDF formats. Note that if you have also ordered a professional resume, this includes ongoing edits any time that your circumstances change.

Dependent upon the Department/Agency, you may be required to submit one of the following: Cover Sheet; a ‘Statement’ or ‘Pitch’ (word or page limited) about how your skills, abilities and experience meet the job requirements; addressing the Selection Criteria (STAR method); or answering any Questions if they have been included.

Dependent upon the Department, some roles require the traditional Selection Criteria Statement whilst other roles want a Cover Letter addressing the Selection Criteria and why you’re interested in the position; some want Responses at 300 words max (instead of 120 words). You may be required to write Short Statements (60-120 words) under each criterion with SAO (Situation, Action, Outcome) examples of how you meet the criterion.

Differ from role-to-role and can include: a Cover Letter (or a short statement) – summarising how your experience, abilities, education, skills and personal qualities relate to the requirements of the role, taking into account key responsibilities and attributes (usually 1-2 pages); a Written Application (usually 1-2 pages); a Written Response (no more than 2 pages) addressing your ability to meet the requirements of the role listed under ‘How will you be assessed’ within the context of the ‘role and responsibilities;’ similar to a cover letter.

There are a lot of variables in WA applications because each Department has its own requirements and procedures.
