2. PROCESS THE INVOICE
Process the invoice email to you using your everyday ATM card or a Credit Card – a formal receipt will be emailed to you – there is no need to advise us of your service order as it immediately comes into our system for processing and we promptly contact you for any information we need.
3. WE CONTACT YOU
When we receive your order, we promptly contact you with a ‘Request for Information’ (any additional information we may require to produce a perfect professional resume and perfect cover letter application for you).
4. DRAFT DOCUMENTS PREPARED
Generally, we have draft documents back to you for review within 3 – 5 days. You advise if any changes are required – and if so, we process these and resend revised drafts for further review. Note, we generally get it right first time, so very few, if any, edits will be required.
5. FINAL DOCUMENTS SENT TO YOU
When you are totally satisfied with your draft documents we send the final (Word and PDF) versions to you. Your documents are always retained in your client folder for future reference and future resume edits.
