How it works

Our simple (6-step) Process

1. Request a 'Quote for Service'

Complete the 'request a Quote' form advising your preferred services, types of positions you are interested in, and/or link(s) to specific positions you wish to apply for and submit.

2. Quote for Service emailed to you

Based on your specific needs, we provide a quote for your consideration - you accept or reject - if accepted, we issue a formal INVOICE.

3. If you accept the Quote for Service

Simply process the formal INVOICE and a formal RECEIPT is automatically issued to you - there is no need to advise us of your order as it immediately comes into our system.

4. Request for Information issued

We review (in fine detail) your current resume, other documents you have submitted, position links and identify what additional information we will need to produce outstanding documents.

5. Draft Documents prepared

We prepare DRAFT documents and forward these to you for review (generally 3 - 5 business days or sooner) - you advise if any changes are required, and if so, we process these and return the drafts back to you for a final review.

6. Final Documents sent to you

When you are totally satisfied with your professional documents, we email you the FINAL documents in editable Word and PDF formats. Professional resumes include ongoing edits at any time in the future.
